When I saw this fleece in the bag from Lassen View Alpacas I thought that it was Chocolate Brown. When the yarn finally emerged from its many many sinks full of hot soapy water, it was the most beautiful rich black.
This is Whidbey's precious baby fleece and it is whisper soft. It was been spun very tightly for texture but the halo is beginning to emerge, which tells me that it will be like cashmere in the end. |
